Unnecessary update
This app was great till they last updated it. Now its terrible
Unreliable & Glitchy
The app randomly logs me out, causing me to miss out on shift requests. The app will glitch so often and not load any of your upcoming jobs or job history.
App is poorly optimized
Sad the app never works correctly, even when it does there’s still at least 1 thing wrong, it logs you out everyday, it glitches and doesn’t clock you in, it just sucks
The app is convenient but it has so many bugs!!!
So many bugs, it’s the worst on a computer, most of the information won’t even work. I hate this new app, go back to the previous version with the blue icon
Updated app
Absolutely terrible update. So buggy it's borderline unusable. Have to restart app almost everytime I try to clock in or accept a shift. Doesn't let you see jobs from the past over a year.
Buggy
It keeps signing me out, which is a huge inconvenience when you're in an app every day multiple times for work. Also I often have to restart my phone to clock in or out of a shift, which is also a huge inconvenience when time is tight. Overall I like the function and interface, but lots of bugs since we went from light blue to the purple version.

Don't update to this version
This is by far the worst version yet. Constant glitching. I miss out on shifts because it's not uploading correctly. 3/12/2026
Keeps logging me out every time
I hate this, not sure why my company has to use this app to send shift, even with the update it always logs me out.. and i always miss the request from my shifts.. I would expect more from Nowsta..
App is now worthless
I can’t view announcements or shifts. When I click on the announcements tab, it just loads forever and then closes out the app. The whole point of this app is to pick up shifts and communicate with the team, now we can’t do that. So frustrating.
Update - 03/11/2026 The app is even worse than before. I tried logging in on the mobile site and that was fine. Used the same login info for the app and can’t login even after changing my password to the same password I’ve been using.

App Not Opening
App was fine before update but now it’s unusable, isn’t able to open properly anymore. Now I have to manually check in every day wasting my time.
App crashes
After the recent update I can’t open the app anymore it crashes immediately. I’ve deleted and reinstalled it but nothing works. This is negatively affecting my work.

Used to be a great app, now its ruining my life.
This used to be such a great app for scheduling, even works perfectly with multiple employers. But after this last major update it will just randomly sign you out and make you log back in. And that simple thing is causing me to miss out on hundreds of dollars of income every month. My fellow employees and i are working with management to explore other apps. I dont know why they would ruin such a great product, but they did.

Please fix the bugs!
I constantly have to log in, sometimes it takes ages to load after logging in making me force close and reopen. The old app was great, always remembered me and was quick to load. Also, there needs to be no minimum number of digits for the phone number. I have only 6 digits after the 021 which is unusual but it is still valid and needs to be accepted

Old was better
This new purple Nowsta makes you sign out randomly which is crucial when you trying to be the first one picking up a shift. Ridiculous

Nowsta used to be great. It was super reliable. Now it’s awful.
It endlessly buffers when I get a job notification. Just now it logged me out and my password didn’t work. “Did I enter it incorrectly?” you ask? Yes. Through my password manager. And once I closed and reopened the app it logged me in fine.
It’s actively costing me money because, by the time I solve the issue, the shift is gone. And for what? A new color scheme and UX design. They say if it ain’t broke don’t fix it… and because they fixed it it’s now broken
