Awesome weather app
Great app by two top-notch meteorologists. They always have it covered whether fire smoke, or extreme events and conditions. Video forecasts are truly local and detailed, and are more informative than TV station weather.

As a professional gardener I am very weather centric. For years it’s been very hard to find an accurate forecast, never mind in a timely manner. This app takes care of it all, every day. From radars, alerts, pinpoint locations and instant accurate information, this app has it all.
SKYWARN Spotter here!
I’m a SKYWARN Spotter for NWS and an ARES member. I use 1DegreeOutside to keep up to date on approaching severe weather. They use my wind speed and damage reports in their forecasting. I love the audio notifications that lightning, rain, hail etc is in my area when I’m not engaging with the app. It’s funny to all of a sudden hear Matt’s voice 😂

Great App
Really loving the in depth forecast videos. They are super helpful in planning out the day, week and weekend. Forecasts are right in the nose. Easy to access forecasting anytime with access to hourly and daily weather.

User manual
Nice app but navigating to the finer details is definitely not intuitive. Too many hidden doors.
Excellent reporting
Been a fan of Matt’s weather reporting for decades- always passionately but clearly explains the conditions and most importantly has been spot on for many outcomes. Danielle is great too! I can imagine she plays an important role in forecasting - they make a powerful weather team. So happy I can directly look to their guidance via this app!
