About

Nozzle Thrust Curve Studio is a workbench for solid-propellant amateur rocketry. It takes classic ballistic inputs — the Vieille burn-rate law coefficients a and n, the propellant density ρp and characteristic velocity c*, the Kn versus web curve, and the geometry of your convergent-divergent nozzle — and produces a full F(t) thrust curve, chamber pressure trace, and impulse metrics.\n\nBeyond the motor itself, the app doubles as an aerodynamics lab. Feed in your body tube, nose cone family, and fin geometry and it solves the Barrowman equations for the aerodynamic center of pressure, expresses margin in caliber, and lights a red/yellow/green semaphore so you know at a glance whether your rocket is fit to fly. Design a nozzle, watch the wave pattern shift between over-expanded, matched and under-expanded modes, and export a standards-compliant .eng motor file that OpenRocket, RASAero and Rocksim can consume directly."
