No response from customer service.
I subscribed to a yearly membership. I’m checking on my iPhone setting subscriptions, but I don’t see app subscription for NPTE. So I messaged NPTE twice and they still haven’t responded. I want to make sure they do not charge me again after this yearly subscription. Other than their poor response and setting access to find your subscription status, app is fine.

How is the rating high
Got this app because it had such good ratings but there are questions that don’t give you an actual rationale. Also there are many questions that all the answer choices are correct and are stated in the rationale that all are correct.

I like the app and what it has to offer. Giving 4 stars because every time I go on the app it asks me to write a review.
Pricey but provides a lot of questions
If you can spare the money for an additional study resource, specifically for practice questions/tests, the app is worth it. However, it should not be your main or only study source. You still need formal studying (e.g., board exam review book).
