Pricey but provides a lot of questions
If you can spare the money for an additional study resource, specifically for practice questions/tests, the app is worth it. However, it should not be your main or only study source. You still need formal studying (e.g., board exam review book).

Has some incorrect questions
Decent app for getting routine testing done in preparation for NPTE. Beware of questions that are keyed incorrectly as some questions have multiple correct answers. For example, one question asked about downward rotators of the scapula. One option had levator scapulae and latissimus dorsi and was keyed incorrect while the correct option was pec minor and rhomboids. The question had two correct answers with only one correct.

No idea how their rating is so high
SO many tests with the same questions, sooooo many questions with multiple options being the same, a lot of typos, A LOT of questions without key info that isnt revealed until the answer explanation [for example, leaving out what direction the patient is going on stairs or what side the injury is on]. HOWEVER, most importantly they have several incorrect answers which made me question my sanity. I'm not sure if they used AI for this or what, but this app isn't worth the money. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because its better than nothing.

I’m using this a year before I take the exam. If the creators of this app will remind me to update this in a year when I take my exam I will say if it’s close to the actual state exam. (SC)
However, so far in my very short time of using this app it’s been very very similar to my classes at Greenville Tech. The questions are similar to my exams. The only thing I suggest adding is more clinical based questions. Also questions such as “ what is the most correct”. The exam will have questions that have multiple right answers and you have to decide what is best using your knowledge and experiences in clinical setting.
I still would recommend using this while studying to keep old knowledge fresh. Hopefully in 6 months I won’t find that I’ve used all the questions and I’m just taking the same practice quizzes everyday. We will see.

Not realistic questions
App is good to just run through concepts but do not provide realistic exam questions like TherapyEd, final frontier and the PEAT provide. Would not waste money on it.
