A particular Hispanic woman from Honduras was talking on the cell phone during the ride, it felt unsafe due to the fact of that she came close to hitting another car putting everyone’s life’s at risk, I hope the owner talks to her.

Dont even deserve a star drivers are racist only work with white n Hispanic very disrespectful... had to put a Spanish name on the app so I could get faster rides .... doesn’t give you an actual timing on pick up

They picked up my parents and 4 huge suitcases to get to JFK Airport. A nice driver with a minivan arrived and loaded up the suitcases and unloaded at the airport. Everything was on time.
