Error: Magazine issue not found
Haven’t been able to read American Rifleman in many months. I am a Life Member and should be able to read magazines. I miss the printed copies and enjoyed collecting them. Going digital was an annoying mistake. Very disappointed!
Doesn’t work on seventh generation?
For those of you who have older iPads this app will not work. it works just fine on my iPhone 15. When using it on the older iPad it attempts to load but cannot. this is very frustrating for those of us who have older, digital electronics. You would think when designing new apps they would take this into consideration. I would think most people don’t upgrade their electronics every year.

Can’t even get the app?? Finally got a magazine copy in Mail?? Digital stinks anyway, back to mail please at least I’ll get it!!!

App is broken for iPad
Opens up to the NRA logo and then just a white screen. Reached out numerous times and no help. Dead app
Awful App
Even tried reaching out to customer support. Crickets. Cannot open any magazine after signing in. Lifetime membership. They stopped sending out paper magazines and now we have this?
Where’s the zero star?
Zip. Nada. Zilch. Click on a magazine cover, then get “Error Magazine issue not found”. Don’t just give me an email address to converse. Fix it! (iPad gen 6, iPadOS 17.7.11)
This App Fails to Feed
Aside from getting my digital id card from this App, I can’t access my American Rifleman magazine like I am supposed to be able to do and I cannot access curated NRA news either. Sadly, the NRA is retiring their NRA Magazine App which does work and they are only printing their magazines several times a year. Support is non existent or maybe overwhelmed because the App doesn’t work. Taking your $$$ does work though.

Too many ads
Was forced into this app because NRA decided to quit sending the monthly magazine. I do not like the digital versions of the magazine. It appears to be all advertising. I will not renew my membership when it expires.
Blown up on the launch pad…
This app is useless: the “Official Journals” just bring up “No magazine issues found” and no matter how many times you tap the [Refresh] button, it just says the same. You can’t read any articles (just shows you the picture you tapped on) but it offers you the opportunity to share it - share what, the picture? You need to get a -crew- on this problem and fix it, soon. I’ve been a Life Member since I was a young man and now, all these many years later, I feel frustrated and sad that I’m not getting what I paid for. You should, and can, do better…

Stories are good
The address’s, emails and locations of the clubs are spotty. I sent some feedback to clubs email.

Vastly Improved
I originally gave this app 2 stars because the member sign in mechanism did not work. That has been fixed! I also like that you can adjust the font size in the articles and I also like the Apple Wallet integration. Keep up the good work!

Try to read magazine almost every time I turn a page goes to advertisement. I switched to this to save you money. I should be able to read without distractions

App Version 1.0.4 which was just released eliminates this issue you are having.
Login OK, but constant ads!
I had no problem logging in, but EVERY page it leaves the magazine to go to an app in my browser. AARGH!

Unable to login
I enter all my info and it.just.spins. Tried mucho times on iPad and iPhone. I suspect this was built with offshore resources. Am a programmer of decades and 5 will get you 10, I am right.

Download the app to login. All it does is sit and spin. Still waiting on sign on!!!?

App seems promising but the member login needs some work. It validates my info but a green gear keeps spinning. Tried multiple times. I’ll revise my review once this is fixed.

Can’t Login
I enter all of my information and they all get green checkmarks, but it never advances to the next screen so I am unable to login.
Needs tech support as it’s already failing. When you click on app support it says page doesn’t exist.
