Great App, But Needs a Smoother Login & Working Feedback
Great app overall, but I have two suggestions:
1. Please show the PIN/Face ID screen immediately instead of a loading screen. When I’m in a hurry, the extra loading step feels unnecessary.
2. The in-app feedback feature doesn’t work. Every time I try to submit feedback, it shows an “Invalid format” error, so I’m unable to report issues from within the app.

Poor colour grading
Overall, the app is very well designed and works smoothly. The UI, layout, and user experience are clean and intuitive. However, I think the blue/purple color theme could be improved. The current color grading feels a bit flat and doesn’t match the premium quality of the rest of the design. A more refined and modern color palette would make the app look much more polished. Other than that, everything looks great. Keep up the good work!

Doesn't login
It tells me to give location access each time I want to login. Even though I have given full access, it shows that error message repeatedly. Also they don't pick up their hotline number. This is so devastating. Customers are highly devalued. Please don't open an account with them.
