NREMT EMT EXAM PREP 2026 User Reviews

Definitely Recommend

Used this to review a couple days before the exam and passed first try. I really like how it gives you feedback instantly and tells you why things are wrong.

Not relevant

This is a good app for beginners, but I saw maybe 1 or 2 questions from this app that was on the actual text. I suggest trying Limmer or Pocket Prep for similarities to the actual test.

Fine but high rate of errors

Would mainly recommend for those looking to just get repetition of questions in but who are willing to do additional research to fact check questions. This app seems to be heavily relying on reports to identify wrong information, rather than providing correct information from a qualified source. The only real pro is that it seems to be cheaper to get access to all questions than with other apps but I would recommend saving the $9 and getting an app from a more reliable source

Just a few problems.

Great for studying and easy to use, however some questions will give you the option to choose the right answer but will mark it as incorrect.

Example: a worker at a construction site has an impaled object into his arm. Here are the options
A) stop the bleeding around the site
B)apply a cold pack directly to the site
C)immobilize the object to prevent movement
D)checking for any secondary injury.
(I choose C)
The explanation:
Incorrect
The correct answer is applying a cold pack directly on the object. This method is not suitable because it can interfere with the natural coagulation process, potentially increasing bleeding. Impaled object treatment focuses on stabilizing the object to prevent further tissue damage and bleeding.
Stopping bleeding around the impaled area and immobilizing the object are critical steps in managing such injuries. It is also important to check for additional injuries or exit wounds that may have occurred. Removing the impaled object should generally be avoided due to potential complications unless it is required to save the person's life immediately.

Not only that but later on you can only choose one study platform a day and then you cant do it at all because it wants us to pay.

Thanks for the detailed report, and glad the app is helping you study. That marking issue is a bug and we have worked on a fix so it should be resolved in the latest version. If you still see it, please email support@prepia.com. For the study platform limit, some modes are part of the paid plan; support@prepia.com can clarify options.
