Doesn’t recognize my valid login info. Doesn’t have a password reset option at opening. “Contact Us” link also broken
Won’t let you log in
I can log in just fine on the website but it won’t let me log in on the app. Tried hitting contact us and it just says error. I tried deleting and redownloading. Still nothing. Major error.

login is broken, you can’t use face id or autofill passwords. can’t access any account info either without getting stuck on a gathering customer page for several minutes

I have tried three times to reboot my devices and delete and reinstall this app from the App Store and it still crashes every time I try to enter my password.

Been using this app for years. But now it keeps crashing when I go to login!
I wanted to like it so badly
This would have been the perfect app to keep up with my info and manage all of my nremt stuff, but every time I try to use Face ID, or autofill my password it just brings me back to the login screen, and I have yet to have the app load, and it keeps crashing immediately after logging in. This would be super helpful to have on my phone if it actually worked, might just need an update or bug fix perhaps.
