Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is review sentiment: OneDose at 80% against NREMT's 37%. OneDose also leads on update cadence (every 9 days vs every 2 months). NREMT's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 4.3) and ratings volume (8K vs 36). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

ReceptionRating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings

NREMT holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: NREMT has 8K ratings behind it against 36, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 37% of NREMT's written reviews are positive against 80% of OneDose's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

UpkeepUpdate frequency

NREMT ships an update every 2 months, OneDose every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
