Needs more features
It’s great you can log workouts and book sessions but the app would be way more useful if it was possible to see how many people are in the gym. Even if it’s not an exact number and instead just like a scale from basically empty to packed. A lot of other gyms have this feature and it’s something that’s honestly enough to make someone choose a different gym over NRG

Dodgy app
Dodgy app which does not have any way to view or manage your billing info ( eg if you want to cancel your membership). The website doesn't have this either .
App is wack
Paying more than PureGym but somehow the pure gym app is waaay better. You can check when the gym is busy etc. with pure gym this app is giving the bare minimum and I can’t get past the log in page as it suddenly doesn’t recognise my email. Develop your app please.
Basic app
Although the gym is supposed to be savvy the member app fails to include a gym busyness tracker or QR entry. I think this definitely should be added to allow for hands free entry and better people management like the gym group or pure gym.

A Comprehensive App
One essential addition to the app is if it could let us know how busy the gym is, when I open the app.
Like the number of people there.
That way I can go there when it’s NOT too busy.
Also could do with a guide in setting up the app, and how to easily link it to the equipment.
The equipment has its own app, but I’d like all the info in your App.

Doesn’t recognise my email address but not giving me an option to create account
Had the app before. Have re downloaded it but now I can’t even get past the login page. A bit annoying really.

Works fine since the update
Had issues initially however the app updated and i can now log in fine.
