Still Waiting for Order
I placed my order on December 26, 2022 and still have not received a confirmation email that my items have been shipped? No one will reply to my emails and no one answers the phone number provided?! I ordered from this company because they’re Canadian and would never think to have these issues.
App is obviously bad.

NRML has the best team out there! Not to mention their service being outstanding ! Had an issue with one of my most recent orders (my fault completely) but nonetheless they answered my email almost immediately and got things in order right away! Great shop , app is just ok could be better don’t know how to explain but it always feel like something is missing. No new release calendar. And since you’re not gonna win a raffle anyway they could do it in the app instead of a google doc.

I haven’t even started shopping with them I already can tell their service sucks. Try calling them on the phone! All options available are not valid.

Nrml has one of the best support. I order canada goose but after receiving it i find it small, message support, got a response, return old cg and them get a replacement.
