Used to love it…

…I have not been able to log into the app when I need it over the last few weeks. I guess I should take a picture of the gift card in the future.

DO NOT USE!!!

I downloaded the app, put in my information, my bank information and it instantly locked my account! Then got a text message stating if I authorized a payment to come out and I said no! My bank card is locked and now have to get a new card!! VERY DISAPPOINTING

Won’t link to member site

Any time I try to log in using the “Continue with NSLS” option I get an error but I can’t log in using the app either.

Used to be good.

Was great until their update. Now it crashes every time I open it. I have to delete and re-download every time I want to use it.

Returns

I like using the app, it’s easy and convenient! The only thing that I can’t figure out is if I use it at a store then return an item, where would the money from the return go? back on the digital gift card?

I really like this app

When I first joined the NSLS and downloaded this app I was confused of how it worked. So, I tried it with an online purchase, on a site I knew putting in gift card information wasn’t complicated. It went seamlessly.

Once I figured out how it worked and how quickly I can use my gift cards I have learned that I really do like this app. It doesn’t always save a lot of money, but as a college student, every penny helps.

Don’t understand!

So we are in an NSLS Honor Society. This is given to us as one of the perks for being an inducted member. You don’t need to be in any society to have this exact application just download CrayPay for free and get The exact same application with the exact same discounts in the exact same merchants. Talk about a gimmick. It’s just the same application with NSLS Pays on it. 😞 Really disappointed. I feel as if I was lied to. Being honor students I’m assuming you’re supposed to not realize this lie. We’re not getting any special treatment at all! The least thing you guys could do is give us a higher discount then the rest of the US could get. I love how the video states at the end, “ The way leaders save” wow. Unreal. I wish everyone knew this. Horrible, I feel fooled. 😞

Your original rating was 5 stars, so it seems you actually feel the app provided value. I'm sorry you're having some concern about our free app with instant savings. I realize you may not know all of the ins and outs of our tech, so please allow me to correct a few misconceptions. 1. NSLS Members already have an exclusive merchant: Best Buy 2. NSLS Members have already saved thousands of dollars in additional incentive, not available anywhere else. 3. In most cases, the base savings is determined by the merchant, not the NSLS. 4. The savings offered are not the same across our apps. For example, Ulta and Sephora are higher today in NSLS Pay than anywhere else. 5. Nobody lied or said anything about how this compares to CrayPay. It's listed right in the app "powered by CrayPay". 6. NSLS Pay is not valuable bc it is different from our other app. It is valuable because it gives you instant savings on everything you buy. But, we have given members exclusive offers, exclusive brands, and thousands in exclusive savings in just the first 3 months.

Doesn’t work!

I’m a new NSLS member and received an email to try this app. IT’S SO SLOW! Takes almost 5 minutes to log me in. And since downloading I haven’t been able to add info to my wallet or see deals around me. I’m giving 2 stars and not 1 only b/c I like the concept of the app. Just please work on the kinks!

I'm sorry you had some issues with speed. The average login takes 1/2 second and should never take more than 2 seconds. Certainly 5 minutes is not an acceptable timeframe! Based on server reports from the last couple of days, it looks like maybe you were having some internet connection issues, as all requests (over 40k) were handled within 200miliseconds with an average response of 123ms. I would suggest trying the app again. If login takes more than 1 second, please reach out to us at support@nslspay.org and we will gladly help troubleshoot any connectivity issues you may have.

This is awful

It wouldn’t let me verify my identity. Then they reported me for fraud and won’t even help me get it fixed, just keep telling me I’m high risk. Isn’t part of being in the association having the advantage of using this app? I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody for the fact support is just rude and will not explain to me what is going on.

I'm sorry that we were not able to approve the account for you. While being in the NSLS does have many benefits, the NSLS Pay app must still follow all rules, regulations, and best practices to protect the integrity of the network. Many factors affect whether an account is approved, including a successful, clean check against other databases. If a user has been reported for fraud by other entities, we cannot approve their account. If you'd like to request details about the reason for our decision, you can write us at the address we provided by email.
