Please provide previous release of app, current version just open and close. Although the iPhone is not the latest but on ios 12.5.8 saying supported on app. Thanks

Serious issues of synchronization of drama series for Canada channel

I would like to report that every time I watch the Korean dramas, the voice is always out of syn.
I wonder whether it is possible to resolve this issue.
On my end, I have restart the tv, restart the apps, still not able to resolve, wonder whether can this issue be the apps?
