Improved app
This app is my goto for tracking train status. I generally dont use other apps. This app has built in refresh feature, coach position as new features which are good. There is slight delay sometimes while updating status for certain stations or trains and that should be addressed. Else it pretty simple to use and fast.

Only 50% features of the app work
Indian railways is bigger then many MNC companies combined. All Indians expect app from railways to perform better then expected.
The NTES App for IOS has following issues
1 - The tile of "Train between Stations" always stays inactive.
2 - The tile of "Live Station" is active when clicked for 1st time but immediately gets inactive thereafter and stays inactive till app is closed.
One can try to click that tile many times but tile simply doesnt work.
3 - The tile of "current train position" is found active while clicking 1st time but immediately gets inactive thereafter and stays inactive till app is closed. One can try to click that tiles many times but tile doesnt work.
People can not use the app due to above mentioned deficiencies.
Improove the app soon.

Features lack usability !
Example: List of Trains for a Station is really good to have. But if u have anything more then 30ish without a sort and filter facility what is the use ? Why do we need this list ? Even if a rickshaw person needs this list to manage this service-time, he needs a filter/sort. Useless Indian rail employees ! It’s such a meager tech change but of tremendous user-value.

Works on WiFi but not on cellular net
This app and the ntes enquiry website both work on WiFi but not on cellular network. Serious issue.
Constantly crashes
Not worked even once these past few years. It just crashes the moment I open it. Developers have not responded in any way.
Doesn’t even open
It’s been years since this app worked. It crashes soon as I test to open it. The developers are uninterested. In any case.

Good app. Dark mode was most welcomed, much awaited. This mode should be extended to RailOne also.
Try to add seat arrangement of each coach. Currently we need to view this on other website.

Need more update
Do you know how other private train location apps are doing the right thing and what is the difference between NTES and other apps. The second platform describes the correct location of the train and your 1 station tells you back, if you take it seriously, you can also be better.
App needs significant improvement in terms of stability and basic functionality

Crashes while opening
A decent app when it works. It was working okay but then got bricked with perhaps an iOS update. The developers don’t seem to be interested. In any case, it crashes as soon as I try to open it.
Need improvements
Observation 1st when I click on trains b/w stations, application closed like as back button work. 2nd Live update did not work like other application. 3rd Update/changes should be done on regular basis that should be like people, these will create a demand for using the application services.

I trust this app over any other train status app. The updates are mostly accurate. However it needs updates to keep it engaging like other apps. Good to see the addition of coach position feature. Will be good to show the nonstopping stations between 2 stops so that passengers can track better. A refresh option should also be provided.

Crashes all the time
The app needs major bug fixing. It crashes most of the time when trying to use any feature other than ‘spot my train’. The live station doesn’t load station list and can’t search station list, the trains between stations just crashes the app. The app is almost unusable and have to resort to using the web version.

Train schedule is not operating
From last couple of days, train schedule tab is not operational. As soon as you click this tab, App get closed.
When compare with others this is not Upto there mark.
Other service provider’s are giving exact place ie., station or in between station details and they are very accurate. You people having all data with you can’t even get the information correctly and update.
Average Delay option is missing
For the same app available in the play store, a very useful option called “see average delay” is available when the train schedule is shown. This option is missing in this app.
Train between stations not working
App freezes and closes in iPhone 11 on clicking train between stations
Worst app ever used.
Truly disappointed with this app. It frequently becomes unresponsive, with buttons that don’t work and features that often fail to load properly. This issue has persisted for years without any real improvement. It’s frustrating that such a longstanding problem hasn’t been resolved, and it seems like a more capable development team is needed to deliver a stable, functional application.

Feature & Options change
Like Delhi metro app; If there is no direct train, show the train schedule ready with the interchange station in the middle of a station. There is a problem of refreshing in the spot your train option due to not having an option. Merge the spot your train option in the train bitween station option so that you do not have to spot the train again.
