Doesn’t work
The app simply doesn’t work or connect to the watch.
When instructed to ‘press the button Nuband-Evolve to light the screen’ the button does not work.
I keep pressing it and trying to sync the watch at the same time and it isn’t working.

More work on app needed
Had the band for 2 days it Bluetooth keeps cutting out and I’m yet to work out how to syn the time ? Were is that ?
The band seems really good but rather pointless without the app another waste of money I’m just pleased it wasn’t really expensive

Okay for the price
The band works and does the job but the app can be slow and sticky at times, such as not always syncing and certain functions just not working (such as the setting not being able to be changed). If you leave it and retry later this works but obviously this isn’t ideal. The date is also displayed using the American system (m/d/y). This cant be changed and is very irritating to a British user. The visual graphics in this could be improved for aesthetic purposes as it feels like a budget store from the 00’s. Overall it is meh but does the job and to the best of my knowledge gives accurate readings

Rubbish App Please Fix!!
Was given this Nuband-Evolve as a gift, and it’s rubbish. My main gripe is that it takes forever to get it to synch, have given up trying to see how many hours of sleep I had last night as it just won’t switch the sync button on so will try later in the day!!
To read the information is VERY difficult because of not being able to change the colour on the facing. The alarm doesn’t work.
SO many other people have highlighted my issues yet nothing seems to be done!
It’s SO annoyingly time consuming to get the app to sync that my advice would be to get a Fitbit!!

Cannot sync to band

Got my Nuband-Evolve for Christmas and it took me about 10 tries to sync it. I haven’t used it in a few months, so when I charged it up, the date and time had reset. The band charged perfectly well, but then wouldn’t sync with the app, so the band is now useless 🙄
Poor app and sync functions
Is a poor app. After a few weeks it stops syncing and transfers no data to the app. It updates the time and we understand that it resets after 3 days, but it stops functioning very quickly. The nuband itself is fine, but I fear if it stops syncing, I won’t even be able to update the time.
It does work.
This app does work. For people who lose data after 3 days please be aware that the instructions say it only keeps 3 day’s’ data. This means that every 3 days at least you need to synchronise the data on the phone to the app. All the data will then be on the app. For those of you who say it keeps setting itself, yes it does at midnight as this is the start of a new day and so new steps. When you set an alarm you need to press save twice. The one above the orange time setting box and the one in the top right corner. After that you need to sync the app with the band otherwise the alarm will not be set. The charge lasts way more than the 7 days they say. My only gripes: the writing on the app, as someone else has said, is far too small; wish there was an option to reset all data; not sure about the weights function; and finally, again as someone else said, it seems it only counts full hours in the sleep function.

I really like my Nuband but...
The way it displays the data isn't very clear, especially the sleep tracker. I have turned to sleep mode at like 2:45 and on the data in the morning it will say I went at 2:00. Seems to round everything to the hour before and I’d like to know more in depth about my sleep.. like hours and minutes... if I woke up, for how long etc. This would make this app so amazing if it did!!

What a waste of money
I would like to say good stuff about this product, but it wont even connect to my nuband, why cant there be a video demonstration so its easier to understand because ive tried it so many times and it just doesnt work, im dissapointed

I think this app is fantastic.It tracks your sleep but the part I like the most is the smart alarm but it doesn’t seem like it is working because the date and time seems to reset over night 😭🦄
Issue with date and time + smart alarm
A seemingly good birthday gift that works well for step count and fitness activities. However, my main issue is that the “smart” alarm hasn’t gone off because the date/time function seems to reset over night.
It’s done this a couple of times now, and is very annoying.
Can’t see what I’m doing wrong, hopefully it sorts itself out -any help would be appreciated.

Disappointed by Nuband-Evolve
I brought the Nuband-Evolve 3 days ago. It's simple and easy to use. Following the step by step instructions.. I download the app onto my iPhone 5SE. The pairing to my phone worked first time. Only to discover after 3days it's not syncing to my phone properly. When the two devices have sync the information on the watch is not transferring all the details if at all.
I am disappointed as this could be an amazing piece of equipment.

Amazing!!
I love this app it is so much better than all the other things I have had, it keeps track of everything! I would totally recommend this to everyone who is in to sports as this is extremely convenient.
Doesn't work
This app is appalling. I spent a lot of money on the Nuband and I was really excited about it. I've been trying to sync it for about an hour now and it's just not working. It keeps happening. Please make it better. It's total crap.

This app is pants!!!!! Nothing seems to work for longer than 5mins...then it won't connect,will only reconnect if I delete the app & reinstall it!! Pile of 💩 PLEASE SORT IT OUT!!

First of all, the nuband evolve does not record the steps accurately, the free apps. On my iPhone are better, the only reason I got this is because I can't always have my phone with me when exercising.
Secondly the wristband cannot be read easily whilst outside, either on a sunny day or cloudy.
Thirdly, and the most annoying thing is, when trying to synchronising the band to the app. It doesn't work about 80% of the time and when it doesn't work it clears all the history. Then you need to turn off your phone and restart it and hope it works this time, if not turn phone off and start again, however this does reinstate the history as well. Fourthly, don't rely on the alarm to wake you as it would only wake the very lightest of sleepers. My wife got the Fitbit and yes twice the price but so much better. Hers updates her phone automatically it also records her sleep without, (unlike the evolve) having to change it to sleep mode, which would be OK if you remember to take it off sleep mode in the morning. Needs work
Colours are far too dark on this app. Would be easier to see your targets etc if colours used are brighter like some of their other apps. Graphs need to be set out better too so they are easy to read, the writing on these are far too small, you need a magnifying glass to read and make any sense of them, maybe do seperate pages for sleep and sports like all the other apps, maybe do in blocks rather than a line and again perhaps the background colours etc make it harder to read.
The modes are far too small, this needs to be made bigger so you know what exercise you are changing too. Again colours don't help. Although you can change the modes on the band itself this too is not too bright and the numbers for calorie burnt and steps etc,taken are too small to. You cant even see the band screen in sunlight!
It doesn't even keep history of your steps accurate either, the other day i did 5360 and loaded it onto the app, the next day when checking on the history my steps had reduced to 2370, whats the point if the history is not kept for you to make regular checks on? How can you compare if you are improving or not? A lot needs to be sorted on this app and i think i will be returning it if issues continue.

Disappointing!!
I bought the nuband evolve & downloaded the app so I could keep track of my steps etc. This app isn't as good as the Fitbit one due to the fact that it only seems to keep data for approx 3 days at a time then it disappears so I am unable to review how many steps I did from one week to another - needs sorting out before I end up going back to Fitbit!!!
