Need a better app
This app never works for me. Either prescriptions don’t go through or it just hangs and spins the spin of death.

Needs more information
I find that my refill request doesn’t always go through. Would be nice if the app gave more information. Would like for it to show how many refills left, new prescriptions that have come it, and what is on file at the pharmacy. I have no idea what Rx is already there to know if I can request for it to be filled or if I need to ask the dr for a refill. Some meds get a new Rx each time, so gets a new number. Also, if I have 2 of same med, but different dose, I can’t name it that way.

Not working
The app hasn’t been working for like two months. You open it and it’s just a spinning wheel.
Refills requests don’t go through
I have noticed since going to this new app version the last five months, my refill request don’t go through to my pharmacy. I have to show up days alter and wait to have them filled on the spot. Such an annoyance that now I need to go “old school” to call for refills. There’s really no point to this app since refills cant be ordered through it
