Only one location shows…
I am only offered one dispensary in my area, and it is NOT in my area.
I have been using the Chicago, North Ave Medical location and now I am unable to order via the app.

App SUCKS!
The app sucks for this one, because it changes and doesn’t remember anything on your profile. I lost points because of this.
Works half the time
This app has so many user issues it’s ridiculous! Navigation back and forward cover up most other options like Checkout button and key parts of strain descriptions. When I am home, I live about 1.5 miles from NuEra and keep getting the message that you need to live close to a licensed dispensary to use the Shop. It won’t let me in to order. It is so irritating.
It’s a great idea but execution and UX needs to be corrected and prioritized.

Unable to Sign in
The new update tells me my user name and password failed. Great so with 5 stars before this update. 0 stars after.
Application is poorly constructed
There is not a lot of thought and detail put into this application. A bunch of error messages when you try to shop directly through it the next time something like this hits the market. You might want to reconsider…

Always a wonderful experience
I love nuEra on green st! The staff is always super friendly and helpful. The line if there is a line at all is always fast moving the wait is never more then 10 mins. The employees are very informed about the products would highly recommend
Doesn’t load the shop most times…
It’d be nice if NuEra’s internet issues were resolved! Their store has issues with internet access as much as their website loading content! Getting a hold of NuEra for help is terrible also. Not a fan of this app. get your connectivity and website issues resolved, the right way - not some patch that works for a week or so.

Worst app ever
Worst app I ever used, go to Sunnyside much better app, least it put your order in , and keeps your local store not defaulting to Chicago store every time you open the app.

I downloaded the app to help avoid the horrid, glitchy website but all this app does is lead you right to the website.
I’d recommend skipping the download…wish the creators would work on improving what exists rather than creating something new.

Pointless
No different than using the website. Just an attempt to gather information to sell to data collectors. Also doesn’t give you the points bonus for installing and allowing notifications. Three thumbs down.
