Doesn’t work

It’s making me give away my personal information just for it to NOT WORK. Repeatedly asking me to verify after several attempts. Yes, the verification code comes to my phone, yes I put it in exactly, yet when I press ‘finish’ it goes back, after if asking me to choose a location, it goes back to saying please verify your number AFTER IVE DONE IT 13 times.

Rewards system fell off

The app always shows products that are “available” but whenever the item is not there for the mobile order, they tell me that my order is packed without telling me that there are missing items. They also cheap out on the points system. I used to be able to get $10 pre rolls for 100 points now I can’t even get a $7 preroll with that much. A 10 pack of terp pre rolls used to be 300 points but now it’s 500 points. Sales used to be good now it’s mid

Reward points expire The redeemable awards got worse used to be able to get Things that cost 30 dollars from 400 points and 60 dollars things with 500 points now they got rid of the $60 items and now you spend 500 points to redeem $30 items. they never have their own brand of Nug 1/8 or 28g so you spend 500 dollars to get a 30 dollars item

So not working

I have been going to NUG for a few years when I found out that they had an app. I figured this would be a lot more convenient for pick ups. Unfortunately, the app did at work and out of nowhere. It stopped working for me. I have tried to login with my phone number and emailand nothing happens. I still don’t receive a code to login. This has been going on for months almost a year now I’m about ready to change and just go to another club. I’m done with his NUG app app ever.

Impossible to use

You have to sign up to use the app but the signup is an endless loop of selecting a store then mobile number verification.

I am unable to use the app unless I share my location

I am sick and tired of being forced by apps to give away my personal information.

Forcing sharing of location of information clearly outlines the true intent of apps like these, they don’t really care about helping you as if they did you could use the app by searching using zip codes.

No, they want to harvest users info like McDonald’s or other apps that require you to share your location in order to use the service.

Think about the exchange of value: the app uses your location to find a store to place an order once, maybe a few times while the app devs hope your location is shared 24/7 to sell to data brokers. Does that seem like a fair trade?

This happens increasingly more now a days and people are either too ignorant or don’t care that they’re getting fleeced for a free burger or under the guise of security or additional features that can only be used if you share your location 24/7.

Sickening that business can do what they want while the gov refuses to protect or support consumers in any way in America. The best support we have is hoping daddy apple upholds their promises of privacy but they’re just as culpable as the app ecosystem they enable.

Broken App

I was asked to verify my phone number over 10x. I kept getting to the end of the sign up and would keep being asked to verify my phone number again and again and again
