Terrible app for a good product
I ordered pods online before. I wanted to order more on the app but after 20 minutes trying to put in my order, I give up! First it’s hard to even find the pods, then items don’t go to the cart, or they do and then when I add more the first one disappears. I keep getting sent back to the home screen and then everything resets. I’m so frustrated I’m going to find another company that makes ordering easier. I am disappointed because I do really like the podpak.

Wrong card
Like the product but the scanner needs a re-work. A lot of times you think you have a specific card because you physically have it, just to have it scanned as a completely different one. Also sometimes the QR codes just don’t work.
Cant scan
Please please please fix the scanning. Ive wasted 15m of my life trying to get it to work. It was instant with my normal camera.

App never lets you see your trades or trade in cards
Cards Randomly disappear and can't redeem them
I keep all of the new trading cards I get because I want to make sure. I had enough to get the gold bar, but like, 4 cards disappeared. Since then, I've gotten all the cards necessary to get the gold pod pack a month ago, but when I would go to redeem it the next day, it says I have 9/10. Then 8/10. Finally got to 10/10 again the other day, and I'm pressing the redeem button now, and nothing happens. It'll let me trade but not redeem. I have a feeling the trading cards are just gonna be cute things I have at this point.
Update: I emailed their customer service and they fully helped out and sent me both the bar and the pod, but the app still won't let me redeem anything, even after updating.
