I love turn but unfortunately I can’t rate the app higher than 3 stars with frequent issues and many ui problems or dead ends, things just don’t work well at all

Much better now

The app used to have a lot of issues but with each update it really gets so much better and if my QR code doesn’t scan I just dm them a pic on Instagram and they send me a new one. turn is one of the best brands out there and the only one I’ve seen with this kind of reward system. It’s honestly so cool, I really love it.

Can’t scan QR codes?

I loved the concept of the app and was super excited to try it out but the camera feature is faulty. It’s hard to make it not blurry, can’t zoom properly, and when it did process it, it said it didn’t recognize it? Super weird. Wish you could type in the code !
