Wrong card
Like the product but the scanner needs a re-work. A lot of times you think you have a specific card because you physically have it, just to have it scanned as a completely different one. Also sometimes the QR codes just don’t work.

Please please please fix the scanning. Ive wasted 15m of my life trying to get it to work. It was instant with my normal camera.

Cards Randomly disappear and can't redeem them
I keep all of the new trading cards I get because I want to make sure. I had enough to get the gold bar, but like, 4 cards disappeared. Since then, I've gotten all the cards necessary to get the gold pod pack a month ago, but when I would go to redeem it the next day, it says I have 9/10. Then 8/10. Finally got to 10/10 again the other day, and I'm pressing the redeem button now, and nothing happens. It'll let me trade but not redeem. I have a feeling the trading cards are just gonna be cute things I have at this point.
Update: I emailed their customer service and they fully helped out and sent me both the bar and the pod, but the app still won't let me redeem anything, even after updating.

Love turn but the app sucks
I love turn but unfortunately I can’t rate the app higher than 3 stars with frequent issues and many ui problems or dead ends, things just don’t work well at all

My collection got deleted and I emailed support team , got all my cards and points the same day. Thank you for fast reply
Much better now
The app used to have a lot of issues but with each update it really gets so much better and if my QR code doesn’t scan I just dm them a pic on Instagram and they send me a new one. turn is one of the best brands out there and the only one I’ve seen with this kind of reward system. It’s honestly so cool, I really love it.

Can’t scan QR codes?
I loved the concept of the app and was super excited to try it out but the camera feature is faulty. It’s hard to make it not blurry, can’t zoom properly, and when it did process it, it said it didn’t recognize it? Super weird. Wish you could type in the code !
Well designed
I like the design and the improvements they have made seem to have corrected a lot of the issues.
Took all of my points
I have been religiously scanning all of my turns into the app and got 850 points and I had some that would not scan. They said it would be updated by 100 points more since 2 of mine wouldn’t scan but that I would have to sign out for it to be updated. Upon signing back in they decided to take 850 points away from me for no reason and only left me with the 100 they owed me. I am EXTREMELY mad and I will likely not purchase their disposables anymore due to this huge inconvenience. Absolutely asinine they would do that to a loyal customer. I’ve been saving my points for merch but there goes that idea. This made me not like turn anymore and ruined my night.

The way they’re expecting you to scan the qr codes for your points doesn’t work. They want the QR in the box but it’s locked onto one camera and when you bring the QR close it doesn’t focus. There’s no zooming. No way to switch the camera. Just a flash setting.
Cannot scan the codes
They don’t have a way to manually type in the verification code and the scanner sucks! What a pointless app without a feature to easily register your points
Worse than berify
redemption camera feature does not work locking you from receiving award points, when they could’ve simply allowed you to just punch in a number….
Poor optimization
They want you to scan QR codes to earn points but the way to scan the codes and the codes on the items themselves are very poorly optimized leading to things not being able to scan. I recommend putting in a feature to type in codes.
QR code scanner doesn’t work?
None of my codes will scan with the in-app verification, and there isn’t an option to manually input the code. It’s almost like the QR codes are too small and the camera isn’t picking them up? The points are a cool idea but useless if you can’t redeem them. 😅
App is buggy
Put some time into fixing your app. Most of the time you click something and just get stuck or doesn’t load. I have redemptions to claim but can’t because it won’t let me.
Good idea-poor execution
Great idea but bad execution. The tap didn’t work for me so I scanned and it didn’t add the right card to the collectibles for botanical, then when you press shop now it’s also an error code. It’s a shame because I really do enjoy your carts. The instant giveaway is a cool concept though.

Doesn’t Work
Broken app. Anything you scan will come up as 1/6 in a collection even if the card you’re scanning is 4/6 or 2/6. Means you never actually finish their collections.
