Nujum Admin is a comprehensive query management application designed to streamline service request handling from initial submission to final completion. The platform enables administrators to receive service requests from partners, coordinate inspections, manage quotations, assign technicians, monitor project progress, review completion reports, and track payment confirmations. Administrator reviews and accepts the request. Inspection is assigned to a technician. Technician submits an inspection report. Administrator sends a quotation to the partner. Partner approves the quotation. Work is assigned to a technician. Technician completes the assigned work and submits a completion report. Administrator reviews the report and sends the final documentation and invoice. Payment is completed externally and recorded by the administrator. Request is marked as completed. Note: Nujum Admin does not process online payments. All payments are handled outside the application and are recorded for operational purposes only.
