Nujum Technician is a field service application designed for authorized technicians to manage inspections and service assignments. The application enables technicians to receive assigned jobs from administrators, conduct on-site inspections, complete service work, upload reports, and keep administrators informed throughout the service lifecycle. Administrator reviews the report and closes the assigned task. Note: The application does not process payments or provide in-app purchases. Payments are handled externally by the organization.
