Good but charges when using cars

I don’t know if it’s stated anywhere, but personally I’ve never seen it on the app, but whenever I pay by card, I’m charged an extra £0.30 on top of my taxi fare. Just want to know if it’s a charge they have to make or if this isn’t right.
