eSIM Didn’t Work in Canada, Very Disappointing
I do not recommend NumerouS eSIM based on my experience. I purchased an eSIM for my trip to Canada, but it never worked despite following the setup instructions. I spent valuable time trying to troubleshoot instead of enjoying my trip, and I was left without reliable mobile data when I needed it most. If you’re traveling and need dependable connectivity, I would suggest looking at other eSIM providers. Unfortunately, this service was disappointing and not reliable for my trip.

Unreliable service.
The eSIM kept disconnecting throughout my business trip, despite contacting support. I spent more time troubleshooting than using the service. Very disappointing, and I have requested a full refund.

No easy way out of auto-renewal
Support bare bones to nonexistent. I am switching countries and no longer need the number I have currently--the number I never could get to work, incidentally--but there is nowhere I can find within the app to cancel autorenewal. I'm guessing they want you to call them, so they can attempt to talk you out of canceling, but it's easier to just apply a stop payment. Garbage app all around.
