Extremely difficult to use if you purchase 2.
I have purchased one sim after the other due to an extended stay. There is no customer service and no help. I had purchased a 10 day package and I’ve k ow lost €30 dollar!
Came through in the end
I had three SIMs fail in one day. The first had been active only four days, but the app said its remaining data was null. The second and third SIMs failed similarly. After an hour with support we were finally able to get the third one working. It took another two hours to clear things up and get credit for the two SIMs that failed prematurely. But persistence paid off and once I finally was put in touch with the correct department, they graciously credited me for the failed SIMs.
