It was good for a while but then it started acting up the call will sudden have no sound and you can’t hear anything what a waste

Number disappeared

I was using the app and everything was working fine mostly. Sometimes I had issues sending and receiving calls. I received a text and couldn’t reply. I noticed everything was spinning or freezing so I had to restart phone to keep trying to troubleshoot. I couldn’t hang up outbound call but it was not ringing. Then I noticed my number in the app was no longer visible. Not sure how or why this happened since I was being charged for subscription. My experience has been very disappointing. I couldn’t use the online chat b/c it gave me an error message related to my email. I sent a email and received one email saying my number was never a text now number. I sent proof of number I used through app and proof of subscription. I haven’t heard back after sending documentation that was the number I was using and paid for….
