Spam block/Mute is broken
The block/report spam slider is broken. When you try to click it, it spins forever and does nothing. So you cannot block numbers.

Ads are incredibly invasive rendering the app useless even before the last update which injected the intrusive ads. They have become spam. Consumers in North America need protection. It doesn't help when Apple defaults the review section to most helpful despite the review being a decade old. For much less one can buy a SMS only phone plan with real number so short codes and OTP aren't an issue

I have a premium subscription and was only using my number for just one app. For the past two months, I’ve been unable to send messages or receive calls; I’m paying my bill but not receiving the service, and I’ve contacted support three times but haven’t received a reply. I’m switching to Google Fi straight away. I would never recommend it, and literally, there’s NO customer service!
