Glitchy and unreliable
I have had many issues using this app, and the paid version STILL has agressive in-app advertising. You have to pay extra for add-free. Drops calls regularly, calls cut out and come through choppy, recently can’t even make or receive a call most of the time. The text function it’self in quite limited as well. App runs slow, probably cuz it’s too busy loading your next add to do its job first.

App keeps disconnecting while on call. My credit gets deducted even when calls are not connected. Sometimes messages doesn’t deliver and advert keeps up coming up after paying for 1000 credits
No USA numbers available?!
This app was the first one that came up when I searched “second line free” in the App Store, which means it’s being advertised $$. Well, I downloaded it and tried to get a local number… I was only able to choose from two Florida area codes, and when I selected one I got a notice on the screen saying that all phone numbers in USA (+1) are taken! Tried California and Washington DC area codes and got the same message. Why would this company be spending money to advertise an app that has zero inventory in one of its two markets?!?!!

Premium Subscription Doesn’t Mean Availability of Service
I have been using this service for several years and there has been many instances where all outgoing calls have been blocked without explanation.
Their support team states that Text Me may pause outbound calling without noticed, and they cannot determine when Services will resume.
Many times where this has occurred I had urgent requirements to place a call. If availability of service and effective customer support is a concern that you may want to reconsider.

Having a problem saying my acct is already in a call when I’ve clearly hung up!!! Doesn’t make any sense.
