Lacks core stability
I shouldn’t have to close out the app and reopen it just to check my calls. It won’t save contacts who can bypass the AI receptionist. I’ll select four contacts and it’ll pick one and save it. It’s almost as if the data array is overwriting itself or only recognizing the last contact selected. Why I have to consistently force close the app and reopen just to see the call details is no longer frustrating, but disappointing.
I’m on a grandfather plan and bought an annual subscription, but I’ll be deleting this app soon due to the lack of stability, lack of response in submitting help cases, and overall lack of focus on the customers.
I wrote this review less to earn the potential users but more so to get the developers to put eyes on a poor product that you’re charging your customers. Shame on you.

Stay Away
I did a trial to see if the app would be applicable for my business needs. I cancelled the subscription within 24 hours and was billed through August 7 in the amount of $29.99

Not what i expected
Cost too much.. they tripled their price
I had them from the start, I worked with them and was patient when it came to fixing bugs and working on the many initial start up issues. It was a frustrating process but with the new product capabilities it seemed worth it. When the price was under $10. Now that they raised the price to $30 it is just unrealistic to keep using. I am sure the creators need to try an dupe us out of the extra money because phones will naturally just integrate this type of convenience into their factory systems in the near future.

2 different pricing
The website has completely different pricing than in the app. The site says 0.00 for starter, 9.99 per month for pro, and 19.95 per month for business. Soon as you go through the app on-boarding you get hit with only 2 options for a yearly plan and another for a 39.99 per month plan. Which set of prices is it? Uninstalled right away for that very reason alone.

Been trying to reach support for a long time, AI agent can’t hear my customers, or when they call it had an error, works good when it does.
