All my info is in this app and I can’t log in! Tried customer service and that doesn’t work either. 🤬🤬🤬
Lost my account
Every time I try to log in (maybe twice a year), I either can’t log in with the PW and have to change it and/or now they have lost my account. My email doesn’t exist in their database. What a waste of time and energy
They lost my account
I took the time to put all my certifications in this account with all of the relevant information and they promptly lost my whole account. Now when I try to log in all I get is an error message saying that there is no account associated with this login. Worthless as a record keeper since it kept literally none of my records. Also seemed to be set up as a way for recruiters to get my information, since I started getting contacted by all kinds of recruiters after signing up for this app. Super annoying.

Hi there! Please be sure you are whitelisting our emails from hello@nursebackpack.com. Recently we announced a new mobile app build and the requirement to migrate your user information using a specific process. If this is your first time logging in to the new app, please use the "sign up" feature and use the email you used with your previous account. That will migrate your details, and you'll be able to login as usual from there. I hope that helps! Please let us know if you have any questions or if there are additional concerns.
