Freezes
The app for mobile keeps freezing and needing restarted repeatedly and it’s extremely frustrating and can’t get anything done
Tech issues
I’m having trouble using the desktop version to view live chats. Not sure how to fix this. I have also tried to use Sana AI and it doesn’t seem to send me the link I need to use to access this help feature. I have also tried to reach out to the co-creators of NCC via email. I can type a message but there is no send button to send message. Feeling frustrated.
