Takes to long to send pin if issue
Takes to long to send forgot pin. I’m trying to set up my manger sent request still nothing not a good start I have done it 3-4 times now still nothing I need to work man

Destroys phone battery
App is easy to use, like most of them are, but it absolutely kills phone battery. It seems ridiculous that I have to charge a brand new iPhone every day.
And it also doesn’t allow copy/paste options which is useful to have for some people.

Very happy at work at the moment, service users all happy, also looking forward to the team building day out great company to work for, genuinely feel appreciated by management.
Notifications
It doesn’t notify you when your employer adds visits for you on the app and it also doesn’t notify you or remind you of an upcoming visit
Battery health
Very poor for battery health when using required location services! Please do something!
