Le micro logiciel ne peu pas ce mettre a jour. Beaucoup de fonction ne fonctionne pas

Installed easily, but can not update firmware so app won’t work as intended I get no notifications on my devices I literally have to open the app to have it work . I can not view any recorded events it prompts me to update firmware.
Firmware update
There is no instructions to be found on the app and what I found on the internet doesn’t work.

Never works
Tried resetting manually and the call center, nothing works. Camera will not upgrade firmware. App says I can’t use certain functions without updating app but no update is available and I’ve tried reinstalling but no resolution. Camera picks up people way out of range. Not worked since I got it. Been troubleshooting for almost a year now. Will not let me return it without receipt. Very bad overall.
