Very disappointing delivery communication from Nutrabay

During ordering, it permanently shows shipped in 1 day, but no where clearly mentioned that delivery still take additional 3 to 5 working days. After dispatch customer has to contact support separately to understand the actual timeline also received repeated generic copy pasted replies. Instead of proper updates, tracking moment was unclear for multiple days, creating unnecessary confusion.

Worst delivery system

From last four days we received messages that our shipment is out for delivery but everyday in evening we would receive same message that ❗️You were not available to collect your shipment❗️ It seems that delivery person/ agency deliberately doesn't want to deliver our shipment.
Same thing being repeated for last four days again. No one ever approached us at the address or on telephones. Approached to nutrabay support team but cannot directly mail them. No solution till now

Poor customer support post placing order

It is been 16 days the order is placed and no updates from anyone. The customer support will tell that they will coordinate with logistics team but nothing happens. I asked them to cancel and they are telling they cant cancel and refund. When it comes i can decline. So i have to wait forever to get back my hard earned money due to their incompetence. Stay away from these folks

Delivery delay

Please Deliver soon I had ordered last week still we didn’t recieve the order don’t assign to shadowfax courier delivery partner he couldn’t delivery my package 🥹😕so disappointed service from shadowfax

worst experience/ Don’t buy from website or App

please change your delivery partner. I have placed order 15 days before. I did not get my delivery yet. nor i get call from delhivery customer support. i had ordered from Nutrabay website first time and this is my experience with them. I won’t order anything from nutrabay again in future. thanks fro your worst and pathetic service.

Very Poor service

I have a very bad experience with Nurabay. I had ordered 2 kg whey protein on 9th October. Today is 16th October. I did not get the parcel and in the delivery it is showing that I did not share the OTP, hence the delivery failed. Neither did any delivery person call me nor did they come to the office. On 14th October I filed a complaint with Nurabay's customer care. They told me that I will get my parcel in 24 hours but it has been 48 hours and I have not received the parcel yet. These people promised to promote an influencer from Maharashtra but are not able to provide the service.

Totally Fraud Product – Expired or Fake Isopure Zero Carb

I ordered Isopure Zero Carb Protein from Nutrabay, and this is one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The product does not dissolve in water at all, which is very unusual since I’ve used Isopure many times before and it always mixed easily with water or milk.

Even after scanning the barcode, it shows the product as genuine, but it’s clearly expired or of very poor quality. This is totally a fraud, and I feel like I’ve completely wasted my money.

Please don’t buy from this app as they are selling expired or defective supplements. Be careful and purchase only from trusted sources!

Unable to order my supplements because app crash a lot please fix this and I support Nutrabay products and also recommend to my friends and family.

About trust and delivery

Whenever i order they give me my package under 1 day or max 2 day and always the packaging feels so good that they really care about my little products and Codes always working it’s just if they give us sale that’s it

Return policy is worst (Damage or change brand)

Worst system as no return policy and the system will generate return button and accept the return pick up after sending mail and but at last they will confirm refund cannot be done as it is unsealed and if needed collect product within 3 days from warehouse(Delhi) else it wil be disposed.

Don’t buy here damage products from them also will be same

And product if want to return and buy other brand in same portal even if it is unsealed it will never happen (as in my case above I explained)

Delivering fake products

I ordered Naturaltein Omega-3 from their official website and the multivitamin from Nutrabay, as it was out of stock on the Naturaltein site. However, the multivitamin packaging doesn’t look authentic. The label is slightly peeled off at the bottom, the seal opened with just a light touch, and the ingredient print on the label is blurry. In contrast, the Omega-3 packaging was excellent — everything looked intact, and the seal was strong and secure.

Completely satisfied

I dont write reviews that much but i have to say that this app is real…. Like every single thing they say… they make it happen . If you buy something They will provide you the most authentic product with a good delivery service. Im fully satisfied . This is my second purchase

Terrible Customer Support

Worst experience with customer support. I had an authenticity issue which was terribly handled. Asked the executive to escalate the issue which he didn’t. Instead he shared directions to deactivate my account. Would recommend to purchase supplements directly from the brand website or Apollo. Found both these alternatives cheaper.

Please provide back button on the pages

When any supplement page is open you cannot go back and have to go back to the start of your search by clicking on home button. Please fix this issue.

Fraud app

Dont ever buy anything from this app . Its the worst app i have ever seen. I have purchased 5 voicher of this app but after reedeeming one voucher this app is not taking my other vouchers. I thought it was a glitch but i contacted customer service they talk to me rudely and dont solve any of my problems. And one product which i have ordered was not genuine it was duplicate .
