Worst delivery service
Horrifying experience, and no idea when I’ll receive my refund. I ordered protein of ₹6499 . Every back-to-back day, I received the same text that is, we couldn’t reach you. And that item got cancelled automatically. I have no idea what just happened. I communicated with Customer Service five times, they are just kept on saying we initiated the case to the higher authority. I am a certified Fitness. And influencer with more than 13 K followers . I made a mistake by suggesting Nutrabay to my clients as well, they might have but once you order, you should start praying to receive it, so if you have other options like heakthkart, blink it , instamart etc then please go for that. Don’t even try this. They usually don’t give the refund.

Very disappointing delivery communication from Nutrabay
During ordering, it permanently shows shipped in 1 day, but no where clearly mentioned that delivery still take additional 3 to 5 working days. After dispatch customer has to contact support separately to understand the actual timeline also received repeated generic copy pasted replies. Instead of proper updates, tracking moment was unclear for multiple days, creating unnecessary confusion.

Worst delivery system
From last four days we received messages that our shipment is out for delivery but everyday in evening we would receive same message that ❗️You were not available to collect your shipment❗️ It seems that delivery person/ agency deliberately doesn't want to deliver our shipment.
Same thing being repeated for last four days again. No one ever approached us at the address or on telephones. Approached to nutrabay support team but cannot directly mail them. No solution till now

Poor customer support post placing order
It is been 16 days the order is placed and no updates from anyone. The customer support will tell that they will coordinate with logistics team but nothing happens. I asked them to cancel and they are telling they cant cancel and refund. When it comes i can decline. So i have to wait forever to get back my hard earned money due to their incompetence. Stay away from these folks
