Chat is nice

I like using the chat to understand what I’m eating, what ingredients, etc

Easy nutrition tracking

I work out regularly and keep an eye on my protein and fat intake, but I’ve never stuck with any tracking app because logging meals was always too much hassle. This app is different. I’m able to snap a photo of my meal or the nutrition label and have it analyzed instantly. No input or calculations needed. Highly recommended for simple nutrition tracking!

Highly recommend

I’ve always had the opposite problem most people talk about, I struggle to gain weight. This app has honestly been a huge help in my journey. Logging my meals is super easy; I don’t even need to take a photo. I can just type in something simple like 1 cup of oatmeal and it records everything accurately.

It’s made tracking my calories effortless, and I’ve finally been able to stay consistent.

Actually changed my habits

I was diagnosed as prediabetic and needed to start watching my sugar intake. I’ve tried other trackers before but always gave up after a week.

This app is different. I can just type what I ate in plain language without needing to take a photo or scan a barcode, which makes logging so much faster. And the nutritional info is surprisingly accurate.

Seeing my sugar intake laid out clearly has been eye-opening. I had no idea how much hidden sugar was in foods I thought were healthy.
Three months in, my A1C is down and I feel more in control of my health.

Highly recommend if you’re prediabetic or just want to be more mindful about what you eat.
