Terrible!
Do not order from Nutricost they
1) will not cancel your recurring order if you email them asking to cancel
2) your order will be stuck in limbo with FedEx for weeks at a time with no recourse, if you ever leave the house this is not the brand for you, they require a signature and refuse to just send packages in the mail like Amazon and other companies.
3) so stressful, really could not recommend more strongly to stay away from Nutricost dot com and the Nutricost app, use Amazon or some other thing instead

Unfortunate Music
The functionality of the app is easy and simple. Great, quality supplements and an affordable price. Unfortunately, when you open the app there is music that keeps playing and won’t shut off and I might be an imbecile but I can’t find a to disable it and it makes me insane!
Poor Function
I’m deleting this app and will only order through Amazon. I like the product but on my second order I had to add 1 more item to avoid shipping charges. When I did that it changed my order and sent the wrong item and added return insurance which I had deleted because I usually don’t return items.
Customer service responds after two days. I ask to return the wrong item. I’m provided a link. In the process I realize they now want $17 to ship it back. So what exactly is the insurance good for?
A good company with some bugs to iron out if you want to sell direct.
