Inconsistent ratings
Some products rated at 75 no heavy metals but not vegan. Other products rated 100, vegan but high heavy metals.
The rating doesn’t seem “overall” it just seems like a few key metrics for the biggest score jumps.

How accurate?
I just did my first scan of 2% Grassfed Milk and it has the product classified green (meaning complies with) for vegan diet. Am I missing something? Also noticed a ton of data on products is n/a. Serious concerns about validity of their categories, especially for nearly $40.

Scanned 6 items and none were found. Had difficulty getting it to read barcodes. Not impressed at all

I declined the renewal and it took the money, no problem. But then it canceled my subscription 2 days after. I paid for a week and never got the week. Disappointed

I HATE QUESTIONARIES. Should be an option to SKIP. I don’t need your app to be “personalized” ..
Greasy UX
They front load a bunch of questions, ask for a review before you even use the app, then tell you it requires a subscription to even use.
Must Pay
You’ll get asked a series of questions then have a choice to pay a little or pay a lot. Why would anyone purchase this when you don’t let us see if the info is actually helpful or better yet, true?

I’m not ALL the way through the inquisition at the start but I feel very strongly that after wasting my time they are going to ask me for money. I will follow the creators and leave bad reviews forever if I’m correct. If I am wrong I will apologize and recant.

There’s a survey when you first open the app. At the end of the survey, they want you to rate the app and then the next page (after presumably you’re excited for the personalized free app and have rated it 5 stars) it says you have to choose between two paid options. Absolutely nothing is free.
