Why can’t access my features like find my vape for my other devices when I click on what is supposed to open the app, it goes to a home page of advertisements for VUSE new products, I’ve had many many many problems with this company, & stopped using but I still use the app for cloud control & find my vape!

Why would vuse vaporizers need a companion app?? They don't, it's useless features that do nothing entirely for the purpose of collecting customer data to sell to boost the profits on their weak products. The app product registration idea & selling customers' data came first, the features & stats thrown in there were clearly an afterthought as an excuse to have this data harvesting & digital product control mechanism. Soon this product registration & data collection will be a requirement for devices to even turn on, nuviu is an early experiment toward these ends

Waste of money
My devices stopped working and the app crashed. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but it’s only redirecting me to buy more rather than making what I already have usable. Buyer beware!
Poor app
What a bad quality app doesn’t do anything and you can’t get any info out of it with your device. You should get app developer assistance to make something better.
Most pointless app I have ever downloaded.
I guess gives you an address bar like a browser… but what for? The menu doesn’t give you anything useful either. Basically doesn’t work at all. Disappointed

The issue that I had and others is that the printed instructions don’t tell you clearly the url to type in when opening the app i.e my.vuse.com/gb or your own country specific. From the QR code in the instructions it looks like you should just link the vuse website. Once you realise this it’s straightforward.

Downloaded the app and it doesn’t pair with device. Absolutely useless.
Absolute worst app ever
This is by far the worst app I have ever used since buying iPhone 1 decades ago. Nothing works. Everything gets stuck and it is a much needed app for Vuse to find your vape and adjust settings. Switching from Vuse just because of this app as it makes it unusable. I’ve had it for the last 3 years. It shouldn’t take 3 years to fix an app. It is also not an app. It’s just a webpage in an app. Complete disaster

毎回ログイン求められるの面倒。
1ページ読み込むのに何十秒かかるんよ、重すぎ。
ポイント抽選もランク上げないとまず当たらないし、一回一回のルーレット抽選が時間かかりすぎてだるい。
このアプリ経由で本体を購入すると出荷時に勝手に製品登録されて送られて来ます。
他人にプレゼントしたい場合にはコンビニ等で買いましょう。
製品登録時のポイントやバッチも貰えてないけど、問い合わせしても『今確認中ですのでお待ち下さい』ばかりで一向に付与されず早1ヶ月。
放置されてそう。

デバイス登録はSafariではエラー吐いて一生できません！こちらのブラウザからだとすぐ完了します！レシートはなくても箱の裏の写真で登録できるので心配はないです！
しかし種のコード入力、アカウント作成、ログインはSafariからでも問題なくできますのでそちらをオススメします！
次にペアリングですが、リワード画面の初回ペアリングでポイントが貰えると記載がある部分がありますね？そこを触るとスタートと表示がされますがそこからペアリングは不可能です！エラーの後アップルストアに飛ばされアプリを無限ループすることになります！
正しくは、mygloの1番初めのページ(リワード、チャット、ホーム、マイページ、その他が下に表示されている)からホームを選択し、画面中央のペアリングを押してください！
画面の指示に従ってペアリングをすることができます！
最後にこんな使うのが大変なアプリに時間をかけて登録する必要があるのかと思う方もいるかもしれません！しかしリワード機能の目新しさ、ミッションコンプリートしてポイントが貯まる楽しさ、バッジを集める達成感は評価されるべき部分です！

Gloの自分好みカスタムをしようと上手く手順が踏めなかった人は、一度ヤニ吸って、落ち着いて、説明書通りに進めばいけました！
説明書通りに、このアプリで説明書に記載のURLを検索してログインして、手順通りにやればいけました！
分からなかったらGloのログインの仕方特設サイトとかあるからそれ見たらいいかもしれないです。
