The only impressive thing about this app is the barcode scanner. As far as actually managing calls and inventories with it? It’s really terrible. Every time they push an update they break a major feature
Compatibility Issues
Better than previous version, but it’s not compatible with heic file extensions

Worst app I’ve ever used
Horrible app, constantly glitches and erases my store routes and work orders. Keeps asking me to log in and verify every 5 minutes
