Nuvomed app
This app does not work on an iPhone 15 with ios18.4. The. App requires setting an account with e-mail and a password, acknowledging terms and condition. At that point you are supposed to use the ‘Submit’ button to activate the app, but nothing happens.
This app is used to operate and record results from the NuvoMed Blood pressure Monitor. The device seems to work fine, but the claimed Bluetooth connection feature to the iPhone won’t work without this app.

App won’t find scale
I can’t even get the app to connect to the scale at all. Pointless! I was super excited…. Such a huge let down!
Sad
The app doesn’t work. Keeps getting locked out even when used every day to track weight. App doesn’t track BMI if you’re considered elderly haha
Honestly Not Bad
I bought the scale for less than 10 dollars and my only gripe is lbs and kgs is hard to switch for the scale. For the price, it connects to my phone without setup and it sends all my data to the apple health app(with a few clicks in the settings) so it’s all centralized which is great. All in all, it has a few quirks but it’s everything you could expect from a super cheap smart scale. If a few software tweaks could be made, it would be an amazing product honestly.

Clunky, ugly UI and horrible USA optimization
I didn’t even finish setting up the app. Things like entering your birthdate and current weight are tedious and unnecessary. The controls for entering your b-day are visually frustrating, and you can only enter your current weight in kilograms, despite the scale being able to measure in pounds, which is what nearly all Americans are going to use. And why do you need me to enter my starting weight manually? If the scale connects via Bluetooth, then the app should be able to just garner that info from the scale. Will be returning the scale promptly. You get what you pay for. Trying to save some money rarely ACTUALLY saves you money.

No update in 10 months? Awful
If your product doesn’t function without an app, the app needs to work— otherwise your product is worthless. In this case, it is. If you’re here, you bought a product that requires use of this app, at least for additional details; in my case, I bought the scale. Can I weigh myself with it? Sure. That’s all it’s worth. The app will allow me to check measurements on my body fat, muscle, etc— but won’t save any of it. Won’t recognize an internet connection. Sometimes I can display in lbs, sometimes only in kg, so I constantly have to adjust my scale to fill in data that doesn’t save anyway. I’m glad I got the scale on sale.

Bugs & Developers seem to be long gone…
This was great when it was working. Now it seems the servers are down and there is no way to contact anyone or report the outage. I can’t even save my weight locally which is a real bummer. I scoured trying to find a way to contact anyone but now have no hopes that this scale is worth anything more than a regular old-school scale. Disappointing :/

Works as illustrated
Upon reading some of the reviews here, I was skeptical if this weight scale would even work.
Well, to no surprise, it did!
I would suggest that the app display navigation be a little more “obvious” or simple for their user’s sake, but everything worked as seamlessly as described.
Didn’t even have to connect the monitor to my Bluetooth, as it picks up the signal itself.
I can’t vouch for privacy or accuracy (often out of denial) but it worked on my first try just as described.
Just make your account, estimate your height and age, and it will pull up the menu. Find and tap the “weight” measurement option on the menu. Then select “start measurement” on your phone and step on the scale.
And presto! It is done and shows up on your phone.

Review on the scale
So I bought the NuvoMed scale that was on sale for 7$ decided why not since it’s so cheap, to cut things short not worth it, the scale is always off by a few pounds so it’s not really even giving you a correct weight. stepped on and off the scale 5 times and kept giving me numbers that were off by 4-5 pounds some above my weight and others below (I know this because I have another scale that measure out correctly and consistently). Point being it’s not the best and you can see the rating for yourself from others, just chip in the extra few buck for a better one and it will last you a lot longer then a month

Does Pretty Good
I purchased this scale for the additional information it can give. When you measure, you need to stand on it a little longer for it to capture information. Overall a good scale for now. Got it 1/2 price and it was worth it.
Only measuring weight?
I purchased the body analysis scale to specifically measure my BMI, hydration, body fat as the box has indicated that it would do so. So far the app is only able to calculate my weight. I didn’t need another scale I wanted the features on the box plus with the smart phone capability. Please fix whatever bugs are in the system so that it can accurately calculate what is advertised on the box.

Time/Password Reset/iPhone integration
Similar challenges as other reviewers. Time and date incorrect with no ability to reset. Will not communicate with iPhone health. When I opened the app last time was asked to re-enter credentials. I’m near certain I did so correctly but kept getting error. When I attempted password reset the link sent to me via email was suspicious. No indication that it was associated with the Novomed product. Have now deleted the app.

No Bluetooth or phone Support
I contacted them via (866) 815-4714 with no answer. However they have a message saying to leave a message. I really needed someone right then. I received a simple message stating “The time will automatically sync once you connect your phone to the app”. Would be nice if they provided the steps to connect Bluetooth to the phone. I have an iphone7🥴
Update 5/09/2020 Emails back and forth with support staff however the instructions they sent is missing a step to Sync. Looking for another brand and returning this one. Date and time will not set. Seems a review in 2007 had the same issue. Developer ignoring issue....

One issue
I have purchased the scale, ear thermometer, and BP cuff. I really like the products and the app is easy to use. My only issue is there needs to be a way you can set the current time and date. The time and date show up like I am over seas. That is my only complaint
Basic use only, no integration with Apple Health app
The NuvoMed iOS app claims that it is “integrated with Apple Health Kit”, but there is no obvious way to enable this nor readily accessible instructions on how to do this.
The Apple Health app does not show up as an option in Settings for the NuvoMed app to allow access.
Neither does the NuvoMed app show up in the Apple Health app in the Data Access & Devices as an available app in the list.
In what way is the NuvoMed app integrated with Apple Health Kit?
The app will communicate via Bluetooth with the pulse oximeter branded by NuvoMed, but the only apparent way to get that data into the Apple Health app is to manually enter it yourself.

App doesn’t work, almost bought their Oximeter
I almost bought their Oxymeter but decided to test the app first and you can’t get passed the first screen. They force you to create an account but the account creation screen doesn’t work.
I’m glad I tried this first before buying the Oximeter

Time and date is inaccurate (note: it uses military style dating. (day/month/year)
Good but...
App is pretty good but the dates and times I took my temperature are not accurate
