Can’t log in?
When I try to log in to see my saved recipes, it says ‘Alert-no Internet connection!’ I have Internet so what’s the problem?

NuWave has clearly abandoned this app. Very few recipes and pics of food are gone. What an embarrassment for a once-great company!

This app is so dysfunctional it won’t let me sign up for an account using the app. The recipe image thumbnails do not load. I’ve been waiting three years for you to fix it.
Please Let Me Sign Up tTo This App As Promised In Purchase
I have had my Nuwave Bravo XL Smart Oven for a few months now and yet I have been waiting to use the Nuwave Cooking Club App. The Nuwave Cooking Club was offered with the purchase. I can't use this App what-so-ever. I try and try to sign up so I can use the App's features but I keep getting a Pop-up that continually says this: "Alert! No Internet Connection! Please Try Again!" The fact is, I am connected and I want to sign up so I can use this App. Please take that pop-off off and let me sign up so I can use this App. Otherwise it's false advertising. No, I have not went to Amazon and write a negative review, but have no qualms posting here. If you fix this 'Bug' on this App - I will make it 5-stars. I have waited several months in hopes you would fix this 'Bug'. I tried it on my iPad and my Android to no avail. Are you not taking any new subscribers? Please fix your App. I really want to enjoy it. Thank you. Pamie

Love recipes but app really needs a proof reader!
The recipes look delicious! The directions are very good at explaining how to use this marvelous machine! There are so many issues with the directions and ingredients it makes duplicating them much more difficult than needs be. Some recipes have their directions under the ingredients, some have different ingredients in the directions than are in the ingredient list. I believe most can be successfully used but may be harder than need be by a novice cook.
