Stopped Working Developer messed it up!
I tried to contact the developer but their support page is all in Chinese!
I bought their DVDR and they now stopped me from using their app!

All of the sudden, my screen went black and I had to reload the app and it said that my username and password were not correct! I know my username and password! I have been trying for over a month trying to resolve this issue but with no success! The developer should step up and help resolve this issue!

Doesn’t work away from house or even in the house on same network so absolutely pointless! Times out and never loads what a waste of money!

App use to be great before you had to swap to NVSEE int, now it doesn’t work. Kept hoping that they’d fix the glitch but sadly after months app still does not work.

Good when it works but useless now!
When it connects its really good, despite the delay of loading each time and the buffering but now says online but never actually connects scroll goes round and round for ever, I will be uninstalling it tomorrow!

No connection
This app only work when you connected to an wifi network, it does not work on an 4G or 5G mobile network.
You should fix this immediately.

Does not work on the internet
Since the latest update the app will only connect when on the home network. As soon as you leave your house. The app will not connect. It used to work when away before latest update to both the app and IOS so you could check cameras when away from home. Now pretty useless !!!
Completely Useless Garbage
Since being forced onto this "International" version of the app, we are entirely unable to login (rejecting all known-good login credentials) or retrieve password ("no network" [WHAT?!??]), making app and all cameras unusable.
There is NO support of any kind. Do not buy a camera which depends on this app until it is hopefully soon fixed.
