Upgrade ?????

I turned on my tv this morning around nine am on screen is a box with a sign saying upgrade do not power down I have a photo of this but no where to add here. I do not know when this started but it is now 15.30 and it’s still on there’s no way of telling if it’s still upgrading or when it’ll finish. I cannot access my cameras while this is happening how do I get this off and my cameras working ??????
