I’m going to be a member for life. This credit union is the best place to put your money and ask for money the rates are comparable. Just happens to be the same building on Hewitt my mom worked at for Bank of Everett in the 70’s.
Awful bank
Please go elsewhere for your financial needs. Every single time they update something it causes countless problems that take months to get solved. Currently it is impossible to send funds through Zelle on this app after the last update.
Aggravating to use
Its settings don’t actually save, so the ‘instant balance’ and facial identification options are essentially useless. Its usually just easier to go to the actual webpage to use the bank because of how shoddy the app is.

Since the major update, my online banking activity with Northwest plus has been going very smoothly. Thank you all very much.
No ATMs
Let’s talk about disclosure never was told anything about what they didn’t have. All I seen was all the peas they had.

New system
So far I hate the new system. It is not intuitive or user friendly

EASY to use and organized
Bum app
The app doesn’t work very well. It signs you out a lot. It doesn’t allow you to view very much of your transaction history, and most importantly you can’t pay your credit card bill from it, you got to still go to your computer to do that. Overall it’s disappointing.
Snap shot only
I have to get on a pc to pay my bills still or make changes to them. Limited hours are even worse with Covid. Limited transactions available and very weary of the new agreement you HAD to click to have mobile access pretty much saying they are free to make any changes they wish with no recourse and we as the customer have to abide by lots of rules and regs.

Nw plus best credit union
I love my credit union. It’s small and no ATMs but overall they take great great care of their customers. They truly are an amazing small credit union I tell all my friends they’re crazy if they bank at a bank. Our use the bank for my savings only but all my other bank you need it’s always through Northwest plus credit Union they are truly the best they’re employees everything about them. Tarra Dotzauer

What’s wrong here
Every other month the app locks me out and I have to call the my credit union and find out what’s wrong. It’s getting to the point where I’m about to switch credit unions.

Well a banking app that worked all of 4 hours after download . God forbid they make an app that actually works
