However it is great to actually go to the credit union where you can get one on one help with a friendly, helpful,and knowledgeable person

A bit behind the times
The app is ok. It works for the most part. Have had issues in the past where it doesn’t work. It’s a bit behind the times with features. Can’t activate cards, see card number etc.

the new "my cards" section NEVER loads no matter how good my connection is, it perpetually is loading but never shows me the page

Just the app I needed
Instead of constantly logging into the website, I have the app right at my finger tips. It maneuvers just like the website.

It’s a credit union, not a bank... what more can be said? I would give 5 stars if I had a branch within my neighborhood. Just holding out for when that happens.
