Disappointed
The watch is attractive. That is the best thing I can say about it. Instructions are not clear. Software in metric and kilograms. Sending back.
Bad
Why is the app and its manual focused on the ring? I have the watch and I can’t even connect the thing
NX Wear App Registration Failure - Verification Code and Apple ID Bug
I recently purchased an NX Wear smart bracelet but I am completely locked out of using it because the registration system is failing.
The registration page does not send a verification code to my email (checked spam).
Tapping the "Apple ID" icon attempts to connect, but the screen freezes and fails to log in (Selected UNHIDE MY EMAIL)
Nothing works. Can’t use the product

How do I get the other data to sync with my Apple heath such as heart?
Title
Works okay
Works okay, but if you don’t open the app everyday it’s doesn’t sync the data. I have multiple days which recorded 0 steps even though my phone health app recorded 10k+. Also doesn’t integrate well with Apple Health - it double counts every time you open the app, so if you were at 2000 and opened Health but then a bit later were at 3000, it records as 3000 new steps, so 5000 total, but in reality you’ve only done 3000. It doesn’t do this on the app, only when you try and view it in Apple Health, which I prefer as it then shows on my lock screen.

New user experience
Have had the app about a week and working my way through some of the bumps. There isn’t a way to edit the sleep, so if it inaccurately captures the sleep start and stop times, you can’t fix it so that the data tends are based on accurate data.
Sync sank sunk
App doesn’t fully sync with Health. Sleep does not sync at all, nor do other basic functions like heart rate. Steps sync at a delay.
Region
We have a setting in the App That says metric, however the dates are backwards.
Countries using the metric system are forward thinking and start with day / month / year.
Please fix this backwards illogical date on the tiles within the app.
If we want backwards dates we would be happy to change to imperial

Not reliable
The bracelet provides the basic functions I wanted in a health tracking device but the app is erratic and unreliable in recording the data
Needs a lot of work
Glad this watch only cost me $50 and there is no subscription fee but the app needs a lot of work still. The instruction videos won’t play. Lots of metrics are still showing in metric cause I could only choose two of them to be in imperial. I’d also like the sleep times in 12hr not 24hr. A lot of text is being cut off so I don’t know what it says or what I’m about to click on. But right now my biggest gripe is that my exerciser isn’t syncing with my fitness rings on my phone. I got this watch because it is much slimmer/ nicer looking compared to my Apple Watch but I still wanted to track my activity and sleep without the screen distractions on my wrist. Hope it gets some improvements cause I enjoy wearing the watch it’s very comfortable and I forget it’s there.

Worthless
Don’t waste your time or money on this tracking bracelet! It doesn’t track properly and also messes up the apple tracking! I’m glad I didn’t spend a lot of money on this type of device..

Seriously lacking information
There are a number of things that need to be fixed on this app. Here are my top three
1. Inaccurate data going to Apple Health. When I look at my steps there are multiple entries for one day. My band shows a step count of 8k but the health app shows 20k.
2. The exercises listed are very limited. It has indoor running but not indoor walking. It only has Go for a Walk. There also need to be more activities listed such as weight training, dancing, or even on Open option.
3. There are no instructions on how the band works. There is only a video on how charge it and pair it with your phone. The PDF only has instructions on the ring. The band has other options on the display
Time
Steps
Heat rate
SPO2 - no idea what that is
Sleep
Unexplained Number
LCD OFF/ON
Any sort of instructions or information would be appreciated.

No data
The app’s step data cannot be Read by the Apple health app which is why I bought the bracelet. I’ve tried everything. If anyone can help please do so!
Bracelet Video Instructions
I just received my Smart Bracelet. I downloaded the app, connected the device, and tried to watch instructional video. Video says No Data and there is nothing to watch. I’m just trying to guess at how to use this bracelet. Please advise. Almost useless right now. Thank you.
Is it possible to connect multiple devices?
Can’t find an option in app
Great watch, 1 request
I’ve always had issues with wearing any kind of jewelry-I don’t particularly care for it. This watch, however, is easy to wear, and light. The app was super easy to use. The only issue was the initial verification code went to spam, which was an easy fix. Once inside the app, it was very easy to change the units of measurement and to connect to Apple Fitness. My one request is that I would like the sleep data to sync with Apple Health. The Nx Wear app is easy to navigate and that’s a big plus!

Needs improvement
This app does track steps but not sleep like it says it does. It also shows that it can sync to certain fitness apps but in reality it does not. It has potential to be a good app if its developer would put time into it. Needless to say, I am disappointed.
Doesn’t quite hit the spot
Oh dear, this had a promise of a great app and product however The app seems unable to record light or REM sleep and only seems to record one sleep cycle per night please fix the app as this could be a great product if only it worked properly waiting for your reply, thank you
Was working, now not so much
Worked relatively well, and then after I charged it for the first time after wearing it, it will jot connect correctly
Doesn’t quite deliver
Firstly - the built-in instructions are for the ring while I own the bracelet. Almost every day I have to reset my date preference and the wrist on which I wear the bracelet in the app. The recording is “hit’n’miss” like for other comparable products. The colour contrast in the app is very poor.
It can be mapped across to the Apple Health app, but I’m not sure how well this works. It also allows for some tracking of mental health and women’s health. Some of this is a bit gimmicky and could benefit from further development but might be useful to some.
Pluses are that this is a brace - I have lots of normal watches which I continue to wear. The bracelet comes with two straps to swap and one could actually buy an ordinary watch bracelet separately as this would fit.
I’ve had smart watches before and this bracelet is generally no worse; but I had hoped it would be better.
