NxtCure is a daily companion for people living with cancer. Set the dose and the schedule once and Luna asks about them at the right time of day. Log a symptom when it happens rather than trying to remember it three weeks later in a waiting room. Reminders can be set to say nothing specific on your lock screen, so a notification does not announce your diagnosis to whoever is next to you. See your week or your month at a glance — which medications you kept up with, which goals you met, how your symptoms moved. Perfect days build a streak, because on the weeks when nothing else is going well it helps to see the one thing that is. Export any of it as a PDF to bring to your care team. Search ClinicalTrials.gov against your own chart. Enter your condition, age, sex and location, add as much history as you want, and NxtCure reads the eligibility criteria and explains why each study might or might not fit. Every result links to its full record so you and your doctor can check the source. Nothing here enrolls you in anything. It finds studies worth asking about. Join groups of people going through the same thing. Ask the questions you would not ask out loud, answer the ones you now know the answer to, and post under a name kept separate from the rest of your account. Every group is moderated. You can report a post or a comment, block anyone you would rather not hear from, and leave at any time. The people in your groups are patients and carers, not clinicians. It is a room full of experience, not advice. Your health information is yours. NxtCure never sells it, never uses it for advertising, and never shares it with employers, insurers or data brokers. You choose what to record, and you can delete your account — and everything in it — from inside the app at any time. Analytics are off unless you switch them on. Before you can use the app you are asked to read and agree to a plain-English consent form that says exactly what is collected, who processes it and why, and you can read it again from your profile whenever you want.
