Intuitive and functional, but needs notification fixes
Well thought out with a truly minimalist design. The Progressive States feature is definitely the USP of this app and makes tracking tasks feel much more intuitive.
I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because notifications are currently not working, which is a core need for a productivity tool. Additionally, a great "nice-to-have" would be the ability to customize the icons for each state to allow for better personalization.
Once the notification bug is squashed, this is easily a 5-star app!

A refreshing take on task managers
In my work, tasks are never binary. As a PM, my list is usually a collection of items stuck in discovery, development, waiting for QA, or blocked by waiting for feedback or approval. Traditional apps treat these as 'Not Done,' which creates massive cognitive load and obscures what I can work on today or right now.
Nyblit is the first tool that actually mirrors a real-world workflow. The ability to move a task to a 'Blocked' state—where it's hidden from my immediate 'In Progress' view but still tracked—is a game changer. I can set custom statuses like ‘Approval Pending' or 'UAT' that automatically categorizes the task's state. It also syncs across all of my devices—perfect when an idea strikes and I’m not in front of my laptop. Still in its early stages, and already has a tonne of great features

I’ve been pleasantly surprised by Nyblit, and have found it superior to other to-do apps I’ve used. The developer is also a professional watchmaker, and it shows in the thoughtful design and attention to detail.
Highly recommended, especially if you have ADHD or haven’t been satisfied with other task management apps. It’s also a bargain, with a reasonable one-time payment, and no subscription.

Nyblit is the BEST app for Managing Tasks!
From a Liquid Glass interface that’s genuinely one of the best-looking interfaces I have seen yet, to intuitive and seamless gestures that make creating and sorting tasks second nature, Nyblit makes the hassle of getting things done a thing of the past.
One of the most impressive ways Nyblit helps you manage your tasks is through a fun-to-use Status Wheel that lets you easily switch between “Not Started”, “In Progress”, “Later”, “Blocked”, and “Done” tasks by simply holding on the three dots next to a task and dragging over to whichever Status Type you would like to give your task. Fantastic task tracker for the chronically scattered
I struggle with classical task managers. They’re either too over engineered or too restrictive. I spend more time fretting about how to use the tool than getting the work done, and end up feeling stuck. Nyblit strongly appeals to my slightly scattered, constantly evolving organization. Very strong start!

Easy to start, minimal yet functional, in dev
Great todo app, works with my personal issues :) and my personal workflows. Still ongoing development! Will keep using. Would pay for depending on cost.

Great app widget could be better
Would love for a widget option where we can see the tasks under each category. Otherwise one of the best to do apps I've tried. Really appreciate the nuance of blocked especially.

The perfect app for tasks with many moving parts
If your tasks can’t be neatly categorized into done and not done, this app is perfect. It’s well-built, smooth UI, well-integrated in the Apple ecosystem and an attentive developer interested in ensuring that the app is always of service to its users. No regrets here.
Very interesting app for ADHD users
There’s a million task manager apps on the App Store, but this one takes a different approach.
There’s a couple of tutorial videos on their website, but the app is not complicated at all.
I’m using another app for this at the moment, but I’m trying it out right now to maybe replace my other task manager with Nyblit. The status options instead of checkmarks is genius.
From what I can see so far, this is a hidden gem. The app is very well made. You can clearly see that the developper made this because it was a need for him.

Of course, it’s a brand-new app so there are a few bugs as of 2025-12-29, which I hope will be fixed soon:
In the Not Started tab, dragging to reorder tasks works in the New Tasks section, but not in the Other Tasks section where tasks are automatically moved to as soon as a category is added to them. This is frustrating, because I want them listed in the order they need to be done, with the most urgent at the top. The issue exists in both the iPhone and the Mac apps.
Also, syncing between my iPhone and MacBook sometimes lags.
Of course, it’s a brand-new app so there are a few bugs as of 2025-12-29, which I hope will be fixed soon:

Thanks so much for the kind words and the privacy shout-out! 1. Re-ordering Bug: Great catch. I have identified exactly why the 'Other Tasks' section was locked. I’ve fixed it on my end, so look out for the update arriving in the next few days—it will let you manually sort those exactly how you want. 2. iCloud Sync: Syncing should be near-instant, but sometimes iOS throttles background data to save battery (especially on Low Power Mode). Since we use native iCloud sync, it usually resolves itself quickly, but I am keeping a close eye on performance to make sure it stays snappy. Thanks for the support and Happy New Year!

Great productivity app
This is a gem. Brilliant idea. I manage a product team and I’ve always used a similar structure in Trello for product development - ie, action, postpone, blocked and done. But this goes a step further by applying that tried and tested structure to your whole life in a very well designed UI. And it works. Loads of features and works very smoothly. One tip, watch the tutorials as there are quite a few hidden features. I’m definitely going to keep using Niblet for the foreseeable. Very impressed. Keep up the great work.
